I bring over 20 years of diverse experience across aviation, performance management, marketing, customer service, and education. I have held leadership roles in prominent organizations including the General Authority of Civil Aviation (GACA), flynas, and leading companies in the telecommunications and training sectors.
Currently, I serve as Director of Quality, Performance Monitoring, and Projects within the Air Transport and International Cooperation sector at GACA, where I lead strategic initiatives that enhance efficiency and drive operational excellence.
I believe that empowering people is fundamental to sustainable organizational success. To complement my leadership responsibilities, I earned an ICF-accredited Professional Coaching Certification (Level 1), which enables me to integrate coaching principles into my leadership style—fostering growth, accountability, and high performance across teams.
I am passionate about leading transformation in high-impact environments—where innovation, quality, and people come together to create meaningful progress.
My goal is to create meaningful, lasting impact by leading with values and aligning results with human-centered development.
