I’m an aviation entrepreneur and commercial leader with over 23 years of experience building, scaling, and transforming airlines across Asia, the Middle East, and Africa.
My career started at Malaysia Airlines before I spent more than a decade at AirAsia, contributing to its rapid growth and route expansion. Since then, I’ve held senior roles including Head of Commercial, COO, and VP for Asia Pacific, leading airline startups, ACMI leasing projects, and international partnerships with carriers such as Flynas, Flyadeal, Biman Bangladesh, and GallopAir.
Highlights of my career include launching new airlines in Malaysia, Brunei, and Kenya; structuring multi-million-dollar ACMI and leasing deals for Airbus and Boeing fleets; and forging partnerships that connect airlines, regulators, and investors across emerging markets.
What drives me is the chance to connect people and markets through aviation, while building transparent partnerships and mentoring the next generation of leaders.
